Acabei de receber uma mensagem de uma professora de Minas Gerais que assistiu ao webinar Songs Repertoire e que mesmo achando o conteúdo muito bom, acredita que o investimento está um pouco fora da realidade dela - “... talvez seja da realidade de São Paulo… - ela disse.
 

Entendo perfeitamente que o Brasil, dentro de sua imensidão, apresenta sim muitas realidades, mas quero que pare uns minutinhos para analisar comigo a sua realidade.

  1. Você acha que a escola em que trabalha não te valoriza?

  2. Você acredita que ganha pouco?

  3. Você conhece escolas que pagam melhor, mas ainda acha que não está pronto(a) para tentar uma vaga?

  4. Você é apaixonado por educação, mas sente que sua formação inicial não é suficiente para sua função atual?

Se fosse respondeu ‘sim’ para alguma ou todas essas perguntas, deixa eu te contar uma história.

 

Além dos cursos de formação, eu trabalho com recolocação de professores, principalmente para escolas bilíngues. E neste trabalho, um dos maiores desafios é, além de encontrar uma escola para o professor, encontrar a escola que vai valorizar e acreditar no potencial deste professor. E nas sessões de mentoria que fazemos neste processo, o mais importante é fazer perguntas para que o professor possa explorar este potencial e encontrar sua trilha.

 

Eu trabalho com educação bilíngue desde 2006 e conheço este mercado tão bem a ponto de recolocar uma professora em 1 semana. E eu sei o quanto as escolas valorizam os professores que se mantêm atualizados e vão atrás de novas perspectivas em educação e ampliam os seus recursos didáticos. 

E também sei que muitas escolas não valorizam os professores e pagam salários vergonhosos.

 

Então, vamos fazer essa realidade mudar. Vamos juntos, transformar essa percepção e vamos destravar este potencial. Vem comigo transformar as suas aulas para que você possa ir atrás de escolas que vão te valorizar e vão acreditar em você.

So I decided to take a refresher course on differentiation, and it's already sparking some intriguing questions. I'd love to dive into them with you! Motivate teachers to use songs in their classes
